Lorenzo Lamas of "Falcon Crest" and Lisa Hartman of "Knots Landing" will host the third annual "Miss Teen USA" pageant. The show will originate in Miami on Jan. 22 and will feature Kool and the Gang as the musical guest.

Good news for "Kojak" fans: Your bald-headed hero is coming back. CBS will air "Kojak: The Belarus File" Feb. 16, with Telly Savalas back as the tough New York detective. The two-hour TV movie takes place in the present, seven years after the character was last seen. Suzanne Pleshette and Max von Sydow also star in the drama.

Mary Lou Retton will star in a new feature that ABC plans to add to its Saturday-morning children's schedule next fall. Twice each Saturday, between programs, the Olympic gymnast will be seen for three minutes leading children in physical fitness exercises and providing tips on how to stay fit.

"My Wicked, Wicked Ways . . . The Legend of Errol Flynn" is due to air on CBS Jan. 21, with Duncan Regehr playing the swashbuckling star. . . . CBS has another swashbuckling saga scheduled Feb. 5, "The Corsican Brothers." Trevor Eve stars in the dual role of the twin brothers involved in a bitter 19th-Century feud. Also in the cast are Geraldine Chaplin, Olivia Hussey, Jean Marsh and Donald Pleasence.

NBC doesn't have a prime-time news magazine, but it does have an anchor. The network says that Roger Mudd will anchor such a show when it is ready to put on the air. That will be in the second half of 1985, NBC says. The program will air for an hour each week and will feature reports from NBC correspondents around the globe.
