Corn Pudding With Ham

Have some leftover ham that can be sliced? Serve it along with Fiesta Corn Pudding, made by first scalding 1 1/2 cups of milk, then adding 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Beat 3 eggs in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir in milk and butter, 1 1/2 cups drained whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
