Low-Calorie Greek Dip

For a low-calorie dip to serve weight-conscious guests, try this spinach dip made with yogurt, dill weed and onion powder. It's perfect to serve with raw vegetables.

GREEK SPINACH DIP

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1/2 teaspoon dill weed, crushed

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Place spinach in sieve and press out as much liquid as possible. In medium bowl combine spinach, yogurt, dill and onion powder. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with raw vegetable dippers, if desired. Makes 1 1/3 cups, 8 servings.
