Julien J. Studley Inc. has opened a second Los Angeles office and plans to open a third in the San Fernando Valley in May to service its clients and prospects in Southern California, the New York-based real estate brokerage firm said.
Operating out of its Westwood office since 1971 with Howard Sadowsky as vice president and manager, the firm controls more than 1.5 million square feet of prime office space in the Los Angeles area. Its new office in the Wells Fargo Building at 444 S. Flower St. will concentrate on downtown properties.
"The downtown market is booming, with slightly over 4 million square feet of office space scheduled for delivery in 1985 and 1986," Sadowsky said. "An additional 9 million square feet of space is presently on the drawing boards for completion in 1987 and beyond."
He will oversee the new office which will specialize in serving downtown space prospects.
