LUXEMBOURG — The wooden bell tower of the 17th-Century Cathedral of Notre Dame caught fire Friday and fell onto the roof before crashing into the courtyard of Luxembourg's National Library. No injuries were reported. The flaming tower narrowly missed the roof of the library, which houses many of the nation's cultural treasures.
