Dismissed were Home State Savings Bank's president, David J. Schiebel; Vice President Robert J. Weeder, who oversaw the accounting division, and legal counsel Gehl P. Babinec. The three men were dismissed by Arlo Smith, the state-appointed conservator of the closed Cincinnati-based thrift.
