Two members of Sudan's new ruling Transitional Military Council went to Libya carrying a message for Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi that dealt with "the brotherly relations between the two peoples and ways to develop them," a report from Khartoum said. The official Sudan News Agency, quoting a military spokesman, said the message was from Sudanese leader Abdul-Rahman Suwar Dahab, who led a coup that overthrew pro-Western President Jaafer Numeiri on April 6.
