The Social Scramble: Now that they're settled into the new Westside house they're leasing from Michael and Diandra Douglas, Mary and Bradley Jones have launched into a series of small housewarming parties. Admiring the view from the terrace (it's pretty spectacular) at the first of the series were Jerry and Virginia Oppenheimer; Jayne and Henry Berger; Marcia and Larry Israel; Dee and Stuart Cramer; Midge and Bob Clark, who were just back from a European holiday; Eric and Frances Skipsey; John and Louise Good (he's looking splendid after a spell of bad health), and Diane and Harold Keith.

Dapper Richard Gully was in New York recently to attend the off-off Broadway opening of "California Dog Fight," which stars his pal Darren McGavin. Gully was accompanied to the theater by Shirlee Fonda, Alexis Smith and Mark Goodson, who two evenings earlier gave a party in his New York flat for Jack Lemmon.
Red Letter Days: Tuesday, when the new Associates of Holy Family Services, Counseling & Adoption enjoy high tea at the home of Dolores and Bob Hope. It's the first event for the Associates, who raise money via membership fees ($200 per year) for Holy Family's Children's Services.
