May 16, 1985

Wonder threw out part of a lawsuit filed two months ago demanding that the lottery approved by voters in November get under way and that the commission and director be selected. Gordon Zane predicted that that issue also will be dismissed because the new commission is planning to award a contract by early June to a private company to conduct the lottery.
