Gary L. Hausdorfer, who recently completed a second term as mayor of San Juan Capistrano, has been appointed senior vice president/income property division of Weyerhauser Mortgage Co., Irvine.

Maria G. Giesey has joined Neville Lewis Associates as vice president for project development for the firm's West Coast office in Los Angeles.

Roger C. Anderson has joined the Becket Group as senior vice president and assistant to MacDonald G. Becket, chairman of the board. He previously served as president of the Seattle-based Vitro Engineering Corp.

Katharine S. Strong, who joined Stolte Inc. in 1977, has been appointed vice president and assumes responsibilities in corporate affairs as well as assisting the marketing team.

Lee Hahn, executive vice president of the California Furniture Manufacturers Assn., has announced his retirement effective July 31. He has been employed by the association as its chief staff executive for 20 years.

John K. Heydorff has been named vice president and a director of both Architectural Woodworking Co. of Monterey Park and Guildcraft Corp., a sister company of AWC in Commerce.

M. Marsha Lucas has been named national sales manager of the residential product lines for Touch-Plate International Inc., Paramount.

Dave Larsen, formerly vice president of Home Centers Inc., San Diego, has been promoted to president.

Dennis Kielgass has been named assistant vice president and Los Angeles area manager for Lake Shore Management Inc., Beverly Hills.

Dennis Allison, a veteran construction manager, has been promoted to operations manager for Koll Construction Co., San Diego.

Vincent L. Manchee, most recently an industrial broker with the Seeley Co. in Los Angeles, has joined the industrial leasing division of Cushman & Wakefield in the firm's new South Bay office in Torrance.

Robert A. Hess has been promoted to president of the California subsidiary of Professional Community Management Inc., El Toro, and to vice president/treasurer of PCM's international subsidiary.

Mark Gershen, architect and planner, and Burton G. Tysinger, director of interior design, have been named associates in the Los Angeles-based firm of William L. Pereira Associates, Los Angeles.

Alex Hadden has been promoted to vice president of construction for John C. Heers Inc., a Colton-based builder of single-family homes. Sheila Hadden has been promoted to sales manager.

Gail M. Pagano, co-founder of the newly formed Liberty United, has taken the position of senior vice president for the property financing firm, which is a subsidiary of Libertyville Federal Savings & Loan Assn. and United Savings Bank.

Geoffrey Vallon has joined CalMat Properties Co. as San Diego property manager.

Deyan V. Petakovich has joined the San Diego firm of Salerno/Livingston & Partners as job captain.

Cindy Fried has been named sales and marketing manager for Ticor Title Insurance in the Torrance office and will direct the sales and marketing for residential and lender groups for the South Bay and Long Beach areas.

Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects of Los Angeles has announced several major executive promotions. Four associate partners, Jon Patrick Allen, Jack E. Camp Jr., Asad M. Kahn and Donald R. Lee, have been promoted to partners; three architects, Randolf A. Jefferson, Richard W. Poulos and Reynaldo V. Tuazon, have been promoted to associate partners.

Richard L. Earlix, former president of Building Research Consultants Inc., has been appointed vice president of marketing research at Leisure Technology, Los Angeles.

Kenneth A. Portz has been named senior vice president of Ticor Mortgage Insurance Co. and, in his new capacity with the firm, will manage the company's nationwide secondary marketing department.

Edwin A. Meserve and Michael R. Dorsey have been assigned to the positions of vice president and sales manager, respectively, at Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Commercial Brokerage Services in Newport Beach.

Eric Wiegand has been named director of construction for Carlsberg Capital Funding Corp., Santa Monica.

Robin T. Wilson, an attorney in charge of the California Department of Real Estate, has been appointed the new chief legal officer and replaces W. Jerome Thomas, who has retired from that position after 24 years of state service.
