A 10-year lease valued at $11.6 million has been signed by the Collins Co. Ltd. for its regional headquarters, showroom and warehouse facility to be built in the Irvine Industrial Complex East in Irvine.
The 207,220-square-foot, build-to-suit facility will be on an 11.23-acre site on Alton Parkway just north of Toledo Way. It was leased as a joint venture of the Irvine Co. and O'Donnell Brigham & Partners of Costa Mesa.
Business Properties Brokerage Co. of Newport Beach represented both parties in the transaction. The two-story building, currently under construction, will consist of 15,000 square feet of office space, 65,000 square feet of showroom and display area, and 127,000 square feet of warehouse space.
