The 20-story, 445,000-square-foot Burbank Centre has been completed at a cost of more than $40 million at Alameda Avenue and Kenwood Street in Burbank, according to a spokesman for Cushman Investment & Development Corp., developers of the office building with Metropolitan Life Insurance Co.
The largest commercial office structure in Burbank, the building is served by a six-level, 1,080-car parking structure. The parking structure also contains 13,000 square feet of retail space, according to Ron Hamaguchi, Cushman's project director for the Burbank Centre.
