El Paso Natural and MidCon will form a partnership.

El Paso Natural Gas, a unit of Burlington Northern, and MidCon said they plan to sell and transport gas to Central California's oil fields. The companies said the gas would be transported to California through existing pipelines and then moved to the oil fields through the proposed Mohave pipeline, which is partly owned by El Paso.
