Model apartments at Valencia Village, Newhall's new 384-unit apartment complex, will open this weekend for inspection by prospective renters. Move-ins are scheduled for early August.
The project at 23700 San Fernando Road consists of a cluster of 51 buildings on 90 acres, developed by Geoff Palmer, president of G. H. Palmer Associates. It features two swimming pools and spa, a children's area, barbecue and picnic facilities and private patios and balconies.
Tenants have a choice of two-bedroom units with two bath and 793 to 997 square feet of living space, three bedrooms or two bedrooms-and-den with two baths, with 1,013 square feet. Each unit is provided with a two-car enclosed garage, installed washers and dryers, carpeting and draperies. Ring Brothers Management Corp. is managing the rentals of Valencia Village, which range from $519 to $800 per month. The project is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
