Danford M. Baker, president and chief executive officer of Cannell & Chaffin Inc., will take over direction of the newly consolidated Cannell & Chaffin Residential & Commercial Interiors, Los Angeles.

Martin Boswell Jr. has been promoted to senior vice president of finance and administration for Lane/Kuhn Pacific, a Newport Beach-based residential development firm.

Laura Rostvold, formerly a manager with the Irvine Co.'s office leasing division, has joined the Koll Co., Newport Beach, as senior marketing manager and will be involved with leasing and marketing of 5.2 million square feet of existing office and industrial Koll properties in Orange County.

G. Wayne Eggleston, a 14-year veteran in the management field, has been named director of management and leasing at Ankirk, the management subsidiary of Pacific Lighting Real Estate Group, Santa Ana.

C. W. Cook Co., a Los Angeles-based surveying and engineering firm, has appointed Richard Gonzalez assistant director of planning and Ronald Cargill planning associate. Gonzalez served as the planning administrator for the city of Manhattan Beach and Cargill was planning associate for the city of Glendale.

John Megery, a veteran commercial/industrial marketing specialist, has been named manager of Daum Business Properties, Newport Beach office.

Michael L. Toerge has been named vice president of acquisitions for Occidental Land Research, Diamond Bar. He previously served as vice president of project development.

Gene Barrey Robles, formerly with Welton Becket Associates, has joined WZMH Group Inc., Los Angeles, as project architect for WZMH projects in the western United States.

Jerrie Brizzie, who joined McMillin Development in 1982 as a new-home salesperson, has been named recruiting and training coordinator for Corky McMillin Realty, San Diego.

Alan Dunn has been promoted to assistant project manager at M. J. Brock & Sons' residential division, Los Angeles.

B.E. Bradley joins Palace Square, Los Angeles, as vice president of sales and marketing for wholesale home and contract furnishings.

Susan Meyer has been promoted to director of research for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s newly formed Pacific Southwest Region, Newport Beach.

Andrew M. Smith, former owner of AMS Realty, San Diego, has joined Harper Development & Construction Co., San Diego.

Patrick M. Whitney has been promoted to senior title officer for major commercial and industrial accounts at Founders Title, San Diego.

Richard Winn has been appointed vice president of construction for the Johnston Group of Century City's Malibu Canyon Business Park.

John Q. Adams, a 14-year member and current chairman of the West Covina Planning Commission, has joined Psomas/Harrison in Riverside as vice president with responsibility in engineering, planning and governmental relations.
