Rowan Henry, chairman and president of Marina State Bank, has been appointed to the California Bankers Assn.'s Southwest Area Regional Committee. Henry will serve as banking issues representative.
The association is a trade and professional organization. The regional committee covers the Westside and South Bay sections of Los Angeles County.
