In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, mash 1 (15 3/4-ounce) can barbecue beans. Add 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish and 2 teaspoons prepared mustard. Cover and microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2 cups.
