As readers viewed "Judge Sees Roaches . . . " (Aug. 9) one is faced with a critical question: Are readers to accept this situation as the norm in the apartment industry?
Is this writing in the manner of factual news, or subjective exposure, as a writer displaying a blatant point of his own misunderstanding--which is false to the vast majority of Orange County apartment owners.
