Secret Service Man Picked as GSA Inspector General

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate William R. Barton to be the inspector general of the General Services Administration, succeeding Joseph Sickon, the White House said Wednesday. Barton has been deputy director of the U.S. Secret Service since 1982.
