University of Oklahoma regents approved new policies designed to make it more difficult for athletes to scalp football and basketball tickets.

Under the new measures, which allow the university to comply with NCAA regulations, each player will qualify for two complimentary admissions to each game. People designated by players for the admissions will be on a pass list and will be allowed into the stadium.
