The Baldwin Co. has announced sales successes at two developments in Carmel del Mar, a 1,000-acre planned community east of Del Mar. It sold all 47 homes released in June at Sunstream--attached two-story homes priced from $107,500 to $126,500--in two successive openings marked by camp-outs, and sold 18 of 28 homes during the opening weekend at Seabridge--single-family detached homes from $158,900 to $189,900.

Pacific Scene's Summerhill community of duplex homes reported the sale of 120 units valued at $14.6 million during the first six months the coastal project was open in Encinitas. Eventually the development will contain 236 homes with 1,504 to 2,083 square feet of space, priced from $111,990 to $125,990.

Woodbridge Seaport in Irvine has sold all its 72 homes, according to the Irvine Co., which developed the one- and two-story single-family detached houses ranging from 1,058 to 1,589 square feet.

Sales at Sunburst Serena, Paradise Valley Road and Woodman Street in San Diego, totaled 15 for the month of July, making a grand total of 407 sold since the project opened in June, 1983. The project of Sunburst Homes Co. is now in its 12th and final phase, with prices ranging from $92,495 to $105,995.
