Homeowner Expo To Feature Films on Home Fix-Up

A series of 30-minute films on home improvements, originally produced for public television and hosted by San Francisco TV personality and licensed contractor Avian Rogers, will be shown during the Homeowners' Expo in the Pasadena Convention Center Thursday through next Sunday.

Subjects will include do-it-yourself electrical, plumbing, dry wall, flooring and skylight installation and kitchen remodeling. More than 200 decorating and home remodeling displays will be featured and many new products for interior home use, landscaping and gardening will be demonstrated.

The show will be open from 2 to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $4.75 for adults, $2 for seniors 60 and older and for children 6 to 12 and free under 6.
