Richard Korchien has been elected chairman of the board of directors of Environetics International, Los Angeles, succeeding Lawrence Lerner, a co-founder of the firm.

John F. Tavaglione, a fourth generation Riverside reident, has been named assistant vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. He was manager of the firm's Riverside office; Frecia C. Ransom, sales manager in the Wilshire office, has been named an assistant vice president; Mark J. Mattingly has been appointed sales manager for the Santa Ana office.

Larry I. Smith has been appointed director of marketing of Markborough California Inc., Newport Beach, and will be responsible for implementing the marketing concept of Sunnymead Ranch in Moreno Valley.

Michele Stine, estimating director for TOLD Construction Co., Camarillo, has been named president of the Simi-Conejo chapter of the National Assn. of Women in Construction.

Jan Mahoney Hartwig has been named branch manager for ARCS Mortgage's San Diego office.

Dennis Heine, who joined Dunphy Construction Co. as manager of the remodel/tenant division, has been promoted to director of marketing and sales; he is succeeded as manager by Michael J. Platis. Patrick Dunphy, who joined his father's firm as a salesman in 1978, has been named project manager.

Marlee Parker has been appointed to the board of directors of the Program for Women Foundation, formed to create a hotel for women at the YMCA in Santa Ana. She is founder and chief executive officer of the Mission Viejo-based, real estate-oriented, Parker ChandlrPublic Relations.

Nick Winslow has been appointed president of the Harrison Price Co., a real estate consulting firm. Harrison A. Price is chairman.

Harvey Lynn has been named president and chief financial officer for Arnel Development Co. and affiliates, Santa Ana. He is a former controller for the Segerstrom Companies.

Stephen G. Floore has been named vice president and manager of the Riverside County division of Walden Financial Inc.

Larry Scaramella has joined Pacific Scene as manager of the firm's San Diego County multifamily division.

Bill Davis, a broker for nearly 20 years, has been appointed manager of business development at King Realty, Sherman Oaks.

Gordon D. Johansen has joined Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Finance Group as vice president and manager of the Los Angeles office.

Barbara Flammang has assumed new responsibilities for project management and design of commercial buildings, office interiors and space planning for Carde/Killefer Architects, Santa Monica.

Ronald Lee Morris has joined Koll Construction as superintendent of the $2.3-million Miramar Point West multi-tenant and industrial buildings, San Diego.

James J. Aurelio has been named vice president of T. D. REO Services, a real estate-related subsidiary of T. D. Service Financial Corp., Orange.

Edric Cane has been named vice president and management supervisor of Traditional Mortgage of Woodland Hills.

J. Randal Ratkay has been named manager of real property sales of Angeles Real Estate Corp., Los Angeles.
