Gov. Sheffield to Receive Treatment on Artery

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Alaska Gov. Bill Sheffield will be treated in Seattle today for a blocked artery leading to his heart, aides said.

Sheffield, 57, suffered chest pains while jogging Tuesday in Juneau, the state capital. His doctor advised him to see specialists in Anchorage, and those specialists sent him to other doctors in Seattle.
