Kay Lyou, Robert Knopf and Julie Lugo Cerra took their seats Tuesday night on the Board of Education. Lyou and Knopf were reelected to their second terms on the board in last month's election. Cerra is serving her first term. After the three were sworn in by Supt. Curtis Rethmeyer, they joined board members Diane Pannone and Bess Drust in voting for new officers. Pannone was unanimously elected board president, replacing the retiring H. Lynn Brown.
