Richard G. Lillard's "As Wife Studies Law, So Does Husband" must have been appreciated by a number of your readers. The article was a touching account of sympathy and very real support for the spouse who chose the rigors of all the steps involved in the study of law. My admiration for him was matched by compassion for her. Not only did she have the pressures of the bar exam, but there must have been the additional burden of trying to justify all the assistance she had received from her mate as she struggled toward her goal of becoming a lawyer.
