R. H. Macy & Co., which is converting to private ownership in a $3.48-billion deal, said it plans to sell its 12 Macy stores in Missouri and Kansas to Dillard Department Stores for an undisclosed amount . . . A federal bankruptcy judge approved the proposed sale of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, which has shut down, to a group headed by two St. Louis businessmen . . . TRW reported that it has acquired Circle Computer Services, an Illinois firm that provides technical services to leasing companies and users of IBM computer equipment . . . A New York judge dismissed allegations of fraud and misrepresentation against Ziff-Davis Publishing in its $362.5-million sale of 12 magazines to CBS Inc. earlier this year . . . Intermark Inc. said it sold its Dynamark Inc. unit to Dynamark Ltd., a new limited partnership, for about $20 million.
