April completion is scheduled for the renovation of an office building at 1145 Wilshire Blvd.
First Interstate Mortgage Co., Pasadena, has arranged a $12.2-million financing package to cover construction costs and the permanent loan on the building. The developer is Halferty Development Co.
The two-story building, built in 1953, has 32,935 square feet and will be completely renovated with a polished-granite exterior, rooftop parking for 64 cars, interior improvements, new elevator and new wiring. Dinwiddie Construction Co. is the contractor.
