The California Lottery's fourth scratch-off game will begin next week, with top instant-winner prizes of $50,000, lottery director Mark Michalko said. He told a Sacramento press conference that the third game will end at midnight Sunday, giving way immediately to the "Gold Rush" game. Retailers who have sold out their Game 3 tickets will be allowed to begin selling Game 4 tickets before Sunday, Michalko said.
