Carl Karcher Enterprises Inc. has named Raymond Perry, 44, the company's new vice president of operations, filling a six-month vacancy left by Steve Larson. The company, which reported a 7.7% quarterly increase in net income for the third quarter of its 1986 fiscal year after four consecutive quarters of declining profits, owns or franchises 468 Carl's Jr. restaurants in California, Arizona and Nevada. Perry previously served as president of Straw Hat Restaurants Inc., a division of Saga Corp., the food services conglomerate. A Karcher spokesman said Larson left to become franchiser of the company's 12 Las Vegas restaurants. Several corporate vice presidents have left the home office to operate franchises, the spokesman said.
