January 23, 1986|Associated Press

PORT HUDSON, La. — Seven workers plunged 60 feet when a scaffolding collapsed as they poured cement, killing two men and injuring four, officials said Wednesday.

The men were pouring cement atop a tank when the structure gave way Tuesday night. The cement fell on top of them and buried some workers neck deep, police said.
