OAKLAND — Magic Johnson moves back into the starting lineup tonight for the first time since Jan. 14 as the Lakers play the Golden State Warriors.
Johnson missed six games with a bruised right knee and came off the bench for the last two Laker games before the All-Star break.
The Lakers will also play at Phoenix Wednesday night.
Golden State has lost 9 of its last 10 games, 15 of 18, 24 of 29 and 30 of 38. However, the Warriors beat the Lakers, 130-122, Dec. 29 in the Forum, which is one of their two road victories in 27 games.
The Lakers are 37-11, and the Warriors are 15-37.
