TUNIS, Tunisia — President Habib Bourguiba Friday on received the commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, which recently carried out maneuvers in Mediterranean waters claimed by Libya, the official TAP news agency said.
Bourguiba received Vice Admiral Frank Kelso at the presidential palace at Carthage, TAP said.
