Earnings Plunge 81% at Bishop Graphics

February 25, 1986

Bishop Graphics said its earnings fell 81% to $24,000, or 1 cent a share, in the first quarter ended Dec. 31 because of the continued slump in the computer and electronics industries.

The Westlake Village-based company, which sells drafting supplies used to make printed circuit boards, said its sales in the quarter fell 8% to $3.0 million from the same period the year before.
