Video disc systems inform the potential buyer, but they do not do too much for the seller. In taking a listing to sell a property we have a contractual obligation to service our listing client.
One of the most difficult responsibilities is to keep a listing client informed of all activity on his property. At Smoke Tree Realty, we have accepted the challenge of servicing our listing clients at least monthly with an activity report. This report gives our clients information on advertising, inquiries, showings and offers.
