The Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys will play an exhibition game Aug. 3 in London, the NFL announced. The game will be televised in the United States.

Ram owner Georgia Frontiere, who had hoped her team would be one of the participants, said she was angry at being excluded.

"I've worked hard for the last two years in putting this game together," Frontier said in a prepared statement. "The NFL had led me to believe we'd be playing in London. . . . I feel the decision is arbitrary and unfair."
