OAKLAND — Terry Teagle scored a season-high 32 points and Larry Smith grabbed 14 rebounds Tuesday night, leading the Golden State Warriors to a come-from-behind 126-122 NBA victory over the Clippers.
The Clippers outscored the Warriors, 42-32, in the opening quarter and was ahead, 60-44, midway through the second period before the Warriors turned things around.
Golden State pulled within 71-67 at halftime and went ahead to stay late in the third period on a three-point shot by Teagle.
Purvis Short scored 30 points for the Warriors, reaching 30 for a third straight game. Smith, the Warriors' other forward, had 16 points, mostly on tip-ins.
