As the labor dispute at the Disneyland Hotel ground into its second month, a Superior Court commissioner ordered members of the Hotel Employees & Restaurant Employees Union to stop picketing the homes of two hotel executives.
Michael A. Bullis and Terry Ashton, the hotel president and vice president, complained that their homes were picketed three times in March, causing their families to feel disrupted and threatened.
Two union members were put under citizen's arrest when they stepped onto Ashton's lawn to take a photograph, a union spokesman said.
The negotiations between the union and hotel broke off and their contract expired Feb. 28. Union members are still at work, but the union has been picketing and calling for a boycott of the hotel.
A union spokesman said members would abide by the court order.
