Goodyear Tire & Rubber reported that it stands to lose up to $70 million in the first quarter because of falling prices on its oil and gas reserves . . . Pantry Pride, a supermarket operator based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has changed its name to Revlon Group Inc.; Pantry Pride acquired Revlon last November for $1.83 billion . . . Midland Bank shareholders will be asked to approve the sale of Crocker National to Wells Fargo & Co. at a special meeting April 23 in London.
