Los Angeles will initiate on May 12 a comprehensive study of downtown employees' attitudes, preferences and spending habits to assist the Community Redevelopment Agency in revitalizing the downtown area as a place to shop and eat as well as work.
Ten thousand to 12,000 questionnaires developed by the Wilshire Organization, real estate and management consultants, Los Angeles, will be distributed to employers in the garment, jewelry, financial and government districts and along Broadway and in the western downtown area.
