Arthur Anderson & Co., the airline's independent auditor, issued a qualified opinion on the carrier's 1985 financial statement because the airline hasn't arranged financing for significant future commitments, including a $50-million obligation to buy two airplanes in July. Failure to take delivery of the planes could lead to violations of long-term debt, indemnity and aircraft lease agreements.
