Mafia Life

June 08, 1986

So a guy serving time for assault and attempted extortion meets another prisoner who's doing time for racketeering and fraud, and they decide to make a movie about the second guy's wife, already it sounds like a Bob Fosse musical ("A Wedding in the Family," by William K. Knoedelseder Jr., June 1).

So the article goes on and explains how we're supposed to feel sorry for this woman whose husband has spent 15 years in prison and is now appealing a conviction for allegedly swindling elderly people.

After I finish vomiting over this, I'm going to go and buy the National Enquirer so I can get the straight scoop on this one.
