The first phase consists of 40 two-bedroom, two-bath houses in four floor plans with 1,294 to 1,673 square feet of living area, priced from $138,000 to $170,000.

The monthly homeowners association fee is $80 and first move-ins are scheduled for October. Thirty-six units were reserved before today's grand opening.
