A three-month investigation has led to the arrest of seven Latin Americans in three related cocaine raids, in which 66 pounds of the drug and about $240,000 in cash were seized, authorities said. Undercover Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies arrested Hernan Ramirez, 32, and Francisco Rios, 34, at 13903 1/2 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys, where 66 pounds of cocaine was found, Deputy Dave Hogan said. Detectives also arrested two other men, Oscar Ramirez, 31, and Cesar Matus, 34, at another Los Angeles residence in which $240,700 in cash was seized. A third raid at a Temple City home led to the arrest of Luis Davila, 39; his wife, Sonia, 34, and Emilio Loyola, 44. Authorities also recovered four handguns in the raids. The suspects are natives of Chile, Colombia and Nicaragua. They were all booked on suspicion of various drug-related charges. Bail for each was set at $1 million.
