The Portland Trail Blazers, who have played before sellout crowds for the last nine years, are considering a move to a new facility in southwest Washington.

A decision on transplanting the NBA team, which has sold out 12,666-seat Memorial Coliseum for 400 straight games, could be made this summer. Team officials want a larger, more modern arena.
