It is expected to represent a value of $450 million. The first phase, including the infrastructure, scheduled for completion early next year, will cost $39 million.

The land planner is Turrini & Brink Planning Consultants, the landscape architect is Roger De Weese Inc., the general contractor is Nielsen Construction Co., the civil engineer is VTN/San Diego and the sales representative is Herbert Kostlan.
