Sherwin-Williams said it wants to strengthen and expand its paint business and find a buyer for its Gray Drug Fair chain, which operates 450 stores in the East and Midwest . . . Worcester, Mass.-based Idle Wild Foods, a beef packer, food processor and trucking company, said its stockholders have approved a buyout by Union Acquisition for about $76 million . . . Borland International reached an agreement with Tandy Corp. for the distribution of Borland's IBM PC-compatible software products through Tandy's Radio Shack stores . . . International Lease Finance of Beverly Hills said it has leased four new Boeing 737-300s to two European airlines. The leases have a total value of about $106 million.
