Kudos to Dick Roraback for his exceptional interview with James Johnson. It's about time!
As priestess of Our Lady of the Fields coven in Canoga Park and first officer of the Pallas Society, a Southern California-based educational network of Pagans and Witches (there is a difference), I have worked with the media for almost 10 years to eradicate the stereotype of the craft typified by the Night Stalker case coverage and the heavy-metal rock hysteria. It was truly a pleasure to read Roraback's jocular account of his first interview with a witch. It's obvious that James still has a lot to learn, but all in all, he presents a fair and balanced view of the "average" witch (as if there is such a thing).
