International Lease ordered 14 more Boeing jets.

July 23, 1986

The additional aircraft, combined with a previous order by Beverly Hills-based International Lease Finance, brings to 46 the number of Boeing jets that the company has ordered. The total value of the combined order is $1.7 billion. International Lease Finance President Steven Udvar-Hazy said in an interview that lease contracts or letters of intent have been obtained on all of the aircraft. International Lease Finance will deliver the aircraft in 1987, 1988 and 1989 to domestic and foreign airlines.
