Ralphs Grocery Co. has signed a $14-million lease for 622,000 square feet of industrial space in Lincoln Property Co.'s Lincoln Distribution Center, 12500 Slauson Ave., Santa Fe Springs.
The lease is the single largest commercial tenant lease ever negotiated in California as tracked by Coldwell Banker. The Seeley Co. represented Ralphs, and Coldwell Banker represented Lincoln Property Co.
Designed by Ware & Malcomb Architects of Irvine, the warehouse distribution complex was built by G. S. Hedley Builders of Newport Beach. The joint-venture partner was Principal Mutual Life Insurance Co., formerly the Bankers Life, of Des Moines, Iowa.
